Most of our handmade goods usually take a week to create and ship out. If their are any delays we make sure that we contact you to keep you updated along the process. 

Leather Goods: 1-2 weeks 

Handmade products: 3-5 days 

We offer a lifetime guarentee on our leather products. As long as it is not a personal error or a damage that is caused by the buyer we can definitly fix or replace it. If it is a unique issue than feel free to call or message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Cosmetic products are on a order to order basis. 

We offer Custom embossing on all of our leather goods. You will have the options to select colors and words for your products. If their is a situation that the embossing is to long or wanted in a location that is not possible we will message or email you will updates. 

We offer wholesale opportunities on specific products. Feel free to contact us through email and we can discuss the process and pricing.

We can complete custom orders with specific leather of your choosing. Due to increase price, we recommend you send us information of specific leather you want and we can discuss the product completion and price.
